The 2016 election finds Tuggeranong at a crossroads for its future development. Voting for Karl in the 2016 election will put someone with the proven skills, experience and capability to fight for and deliver on the potential for Tuggeranong and the Lanyon Valley.
Karl has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Canberra and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian National University. He is currently the Chief Information Officer at the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
As a resident of Banks, Karl knows Tuggeranong and the Lanyon Valley have enormous promise and he will fight to unlock the skills, innovation and potential in our community.
Karl is passionate about ensuring we have a high performing education system in Tuggeranong and the Lanyon Valley; a growing economy which delivers employment; investment in infrastructure to meet the needs of a developing region; and a strong community to support those in need.
Karl plays an active role in this community and is currently the Chair of the Tuggeranong Community Arts Association and Junior Vice-President of the Burns Club. Karl is also a member of the Tuggeranong Community Council and the Tuggeranong Hawks Football Club.
By strengthening the connections between small business, government, residents and workers, Karl is committed to building a better Tuggeranong and promoting development and growth in the region.
