Woden Campaign Basics Training

As we keep building towards the next Federal election and the 2016 ACT election, we are launching our campaign basics training.

This training is ideal for members who have never campaigned before or have helped out once or twice and are keen to learn and improve their campaigning skills.

We’ll go over the reasons for campaigning, discuss the importance of relationship building and then learn the basics in calling and visiting voters. These are the skills that will be the building blocks for local campaigns next year.

As a Woden and Weston Creek based member, you have the first opportunity to take part in this training. As we are lining up for the campaign next year, we would like all members who attend, to participate in their community training day.

We will be holding trainings in Belconnen, Gungahlin, the City and Tuggeranong throughout this year, so if you know other members who would like to be involved please tell them to keep an eye out for training in their community.

Please send all RSVP's to: actsecretary@act.alp.org.au
